KetaSpire® PEEK is characterized by an excellent balance of properties, including a heat deflection temperature of 315°C, continuous-use temperature up to 240°C, best-in-class fatigue resistance, and outstanding resistance to organics, acids, and bases.
AvaSpire® modified PEEK is a family of proprietary PEEK-based formulations with unique advantages that bridge price and performance gaps. They offer improved toughness relative to PEEK, as well as higher mechanical performance between 150-240°C.
PrimoSpire® self-reinforced polyphenylene is the world’s stiffest and strongest unreinforced polymer with a remarkable combination of surface hardness, chemical resistance, and inherent flame-retardant properties. This, combined with its ease of machining, abrasion resistance, low moisture pick-up, dimensional stability, and low thermal expansion makes it ideal for high-precision components.
Torlon® polyamide-imide combines exceptional strength at temperatures up to 275°C with excellent resistance to creep, abrasion, and chemicals. It has low thermal expansion and high dielectric properties, and is more cost effective than machined thermoset polyimides.
Amodel® polyphthalamide with a heat deflection temperature of 536°F (280°C) and continuous use temperature of 338°F (170°C), Amodel resin can deliver the thermal performance you need for the short term as well as the long haul. It retains its exceptional mechanical properties – strength, stiffness, fatigue and creep resistance – over a broad temperature range and in high humidity environments.
